You can also upgrade from Starter to Professional at any time — the new rate takes effect from your next billing cycle. Yes, on all plans. Your environment is hosted in a UK cloud region by default, satisfying UK GDPR data residency requirements. Enterprise customers can request alternative regions — EU, US, or other — as part of their onboarding.
At the end of your commitment period, your plan continues at the same rate on a rolling monthly basis unless you renew for another commitment term. If you choose not to continue, we provide a 30-day data export window so you can retrieve all of your governance data.
